    What do you think of the ephedrine and caffeine stack? I've read a little bit about it before and don't know too much other than improper dosing can cause some really bad side effects.

    I wear my Nike Flyknits to the gym, but any time I do legs I take them off and go barefoot (with socks of course). I might start wearing my Vans or PF Flyers instead... They're both basically the same as Chucks though.

    Kinda funny, On the 5x5 program I gained Strength and muscle mass, Just never lost weight or gained weight, Since switching back to the 6day routine I had before the 5x5 I've dropped 8 pounds since Monday

    I wear vibrams on leg day and back day for deadlifts and I wear some random under armour tennis shoes on the other days. And to catch up on the past topic, my girlfriend eats 1200 calories a day when she's taking her time doing a slow cut.

    Also on topic of gym footwear. Seen this huge dude at the gym rocking some Shiny gold hightops, the kicker was the tongues on them were a stuffed Animal.Think they were a moose IIRC, ahaha

    I try to time my gym trip so that when Im ending my workout it has been 2.5-3 hours since I last ate a meal. That way I can pound some fucking food immediately lol
