haha mines not bad. I'd like to get to 300lb on bench within a year. Currently at 152 so I'll See If I can do it. Deads I'd like to hit 400 and squats around there too

Lift days:
I whey pre, 1 post. 1 casein post workout and 1 casein before bed.
Non lift days:
Even if I do cardio, I'll do a whey pre and post. Then a casein before bed.
Some days I won't do cardio and I just have a whey with breakfast for the bcaa's.
