im bummed cause i cant do dips anymore with out dying. get really heavy pain around the sternum area and dont know why... ill just do other exercises.

Meal prep! 6 meals made and ready to go. This will get me through tuesday lunch. 3pounds of meat and 6 cups of rice are the majority of what I've got going here. I only make lunch and dinner in advance. breakfast is fresh

I love it to be honest, Ive done a cycle of it once before with good results, Im almost done my 2nd cycle. lol. Shit thing is 3 weeks in you take a week off and you want to eat everything in the house lol.
