                      I stopped eating before the gym. Used to have a breakfast shake and then header over but not now. trying to maximize fat burn lol

                        I try to time my gym trip so that when Im ending my workout it has been 2.5-3 hours since I last ate a meal. That way I can pound some fucking food immediately lol

                          used to do that. Now Its, get up, Pound back some Ephedrine, a coffee.go to gym. take My preworkout and sip it throughout the session. Finish and make a protein shake. Come home and go for a 3mile run then come back and finally "Eat" haha
