Since we're on the topic of talking videos, I always find myself watching old footage of Ronny Coleman. He was one crazy dude. Mr O and a full time police officer.

I'm also a big fan of Kai Greene, Jay Cutler, Mike O'Hearn, and of course Arnold just to name a few. Guys always post motivating stuff on their IG's and FB. They are all legends in their own way in my mind. Cutler for knocking down Coleman for Mr O, O'Hearn for being natty all these years (guy is massive too), and of course Kai for his very phaycological approach to body building. He might not be Mr O, but he has won the Arnold Classic and I enjoy what he has to say.

Can't wait to get back at it tomorrow. Been enjoying these last 2 weeks with eating basically whatever. I look and feel like it too. Lol. It'll be good to be eating back clean again and being in the gym. Shooting for 12% body fat by the end of September. Currently at 17%. Goal is to stay around 12 all winter then lean down to about 10 next summer. Maybe a little lower. Have to wait and see how I look but that's the goal. Trying to stay above 180 though.
