Still reading through it all. I've been a competitive powerlifter since 2012. Last year was my best year to date. Haven't had much time to compete this year.
Best Lifts RAW 560/360/585
Best Lifts Single ply 625/480/660
I've got dozen or so State Records in 3 Federations and a few National Records. Last year my 660 Deadlift finished the year Ranked 5th in the Nation and 13th in the world in my class.
When I lifted to just try and get big. DoggCrapp was my go too. Excellent program and I still use part of it today.
Powerlifting Programs I use are 531, 10/20/Life and the Maryland Powerlifting Bench program.
I've been collecting different strength programs for years.
Here is a page full of useful programs. These are either spreadsheets or online form based. You can print all of these off with your daily numbers to hit. Hope it helps someone.

Also working on my bench. Im at 265x5 right now. Today was a 5yr anniversary of my gym so they had abunch of neat free drinks and food. Also had a 1RM bench contest, they tried to get me in when it was already at 365 hahaha

Hahah. I think if I really went all out, I could deadlift maybe 435. Meanwhile a 500 squat is no problem. Ive been trying to work a little more on my bench lately.

Thats like me for squats, Got up to 385 and quit. Switched to a hack squat machine and havent looked back. My legs have grown pretty good from just hacks

my deadlift sucks lol. I hurt my back over a year ago, then again about 3 weeks ago. So I dont train deadlifts too often. I'll do them for a month maybe, then take a month off. So inconsistent.

Im on week 2 of keto again, and week 3 of dieting. Sitting at 223 when I woke up this morning. Strength is still there so thats good. Buddy took this last weekend, Love doing heavy rack pulls for back day

Still in the mid 230s over here. 236 on friday. Lost minimal strength after cutting down from living in the 250s this winter lol. Hit 495 squat and 305 bench last week. both with ease

I havent been here in awhile I got up to 242 on the bulk, Im 1 week into cutting and down to 230, I'll be doing a slow cut for 20ish weeks, Hoping I can stay above 200 and be under 10% bf. But I have a feeling ill be around 195,

Havent been to the gym since last tuesday for squats. work + life got in the way. Been eating like complete shit. I feel like Ive lost 10 or so pounds the last week.
Today is squats. Set of as many reps as possible at 455 until I think Im gonna die
