Kinda thought that the squat and deadlift would progress faster. Its not a steady increase every week though. its like 5 10 5 10 10 5 5 10 or something like that. Very happy with my bench progress though. thats always been a weak lift for me. after I run this program for the remaining weeks I'm going to check out some others and compare them to this and see how it all looks
