I go through 6 pounds every 20 days. I use the Isopure Zero Carb stuff. Also use a multi (switching from ON Opti-men to something from NOW), fish oil, creatine and Im gonna give Nitrix a go. Ive been having some bloodflow issues and I hear that stuff is supposed to help there

I'm slamming through 5 lbs of whey and 4 lbs of casein every month.
And straps are silly. Don't use them and work on forearm strength.
Today was my first day back after 3 days off. Felt so good to be in the gym again.
Been using db's for a while on bench. Today I hit some good numbers. Heaviest I've ever gone with db's.
65x10, 70x8, 75x8, 80x6, 85x4
No sissy bench either. Flat back and I take them as low as I can. I also try no to lockout the arms to keep pressure on the pecs.

Last week i was down to 252 from the beginning of Jan. Ive been losing strength though. My diet is awful right now lol

Ha that too.
Started a new diet, Sans EC Stack. I have 3-4 meals a day of either 1cup Ground beef with 1/2cup brown rice. or Sub the rice for a salad. And 1 6-8oz Chicken breast with a salad.Also have a shake and smoothie somewhere between. So far I'm taking in roughly 17-1900cal and Dropping weight fast. I was up to 253 last thursday and now dropped to 241. Lets hope this keeps up So I can hit my 200lb goal by the end of MarchLast edited by benz88; 02-10-2014, 01:21 PM.

Honestly, thats my biggest motivation when going to the gym (LA Fitness). Glad i finally found a fitness thread on here btw. But as i was saying, I used to think the same way as you on that point, till one of those "douchebag fucks" gave me advice on lift and would see me at the gym and give pointers here and there.
