    free weights!

Also, it looks like Ive been accidentally cutting. Lost like 15 pounds this year so far lol. Need to work on that one.

and Weds Ive added farmers to my work out. And by that I mean grocery shopping after the gym and then walking like a mile home with a few bags of groceries

Yeah I usually use Cable's for the last workout for the specific muscle. Seems to give the extra Pump.

I like to use cables to really isolate muscles. Right now I'm really trying to work on some delt size so I do a lot of DB lateral raises and finish off with cables to really isolate the medial delt. Bent over rear delt flys are a favorite of mine too.

My lats and chest are growing a lot quicker than my shoulders, so I'm adjusting accordingly. I also do some rear delt work every other workout as it's a small muscle and it takes a lot to make it grow.

Kinda got off track there but natty vs unnatty I don't really think it matters. I'm a fan of free weights for your big movements and using cables to isolate stuff.

Yeah they have some weird shit like Bi-Weekly payments (sometimes its 3 payments in a month due to the weeks lapping). Or the "Enrollment" fee. I have a couple friends there who work there and are hooking me up with a ton of extra crap for free and setting it up so its once a month fixed rate $45 after tax.Instead of the $50+ month for others and without fixed rate.

I've thought about switching gyms. I currently go to the YMCA, but there is also another fitness place I could go to. The Y is nice because the gym is usually really quiet when I'm there and it's where I have always gone. I know the other place has some more equipment that I wished the Y had, but there is also a certain level of douchebag fucks that go there and I don't feel like being around them. You know, guys on roids, slamming weights around, all that shit.

Switched to a Bro gym. Makes my old one look like a dunkin donuts in size hahah. Weights feel heavier for being the same numbers too. More included for a couple bucks more but overall im happy with the switch, Also did it to help a buddy who's just starting out. Kind of training him on what machines/exercises does what.

So I only ended up doing 16 sets. Had to save a little for dead lift.

Went 5 light warm up sets and then 4 working sets and a drop set for regular squat. Then did 1 warm up set, 4 working sets, and a drop set with front squat.

Then did Romanian dead lift. 5 sets. 1 warm up, 3 working sets, and a drop set

Regular dead lift for 5 sets. 1 warm up, 3 working sets, and a drop set.

Leg ext and curls. 3 sets for extensions and 4 for curls.

Also when doing squats and deads I superset with varying grip pull ups. Usually 3 sets to failure each grip style.

So yeah. My leg DOMS will be great come about Sunday AM.

    Edit-

Some might think that's 'overtraining,' but I think that shits a myth. If I were doing that everyday, yeah that would be overtraining but I only hit legs once a week.

Arnold talked in his book about Tom Platz who pretty much had some of the best legs of all time. The guy would squat for hours, literally, then ride 20 miles on a stationary bike.

I still havent been able to figure out a weekly routine yet. I was supposed to do bench today, but I skipped it becuase I got called into work early. Tomorrow is dead lift day, which I suck at horribly lol

Like tomorrow is leg day. I'll do regular squat and front squat. Between warm up sets and drop sets I'll do about 20 sets of squats tomorrow.
