Apparently you missed the picture of someone standing on the passenger side flare, lol.

OP, nice work man. Very brave to do some of the things you're doing.

Yea, the car is pretty clean. I believe it is not an original color.

Just because someone could stand on it means nothing. I wasnt bashing the kid.I was simply asking a question.
I am local in Ri and have been around a long time.Perhaps we have met.perhaps we have not.regardless always nice to see people working on some older cars.We are flooded with new stuff.

There is a lot of filler on this car. I am not ****** at all. I dig this car and what its becoming, but it is just a fact. OP is doing a good job, and its his first time doing body work. Mad props
How ever when you use the amount of filler that is being used here it can lead to filler cracking because of cold/hot expansion/contraction, and body flex. Does not matter if some one can stand on the fender or not. Over time things move, expand, contract, twist, get wet, and dry which makes body filler crack.

I agree with both of you and completely understand where you are coming from. There is built up filler on the roof and rear fenders. I hope it dosnt shift or crack but there is nothing I can really do about it. I don't plan on ever driving the car in the cold so mabe that will help

Let me say again, I really like what your doing and I am not trying to get down on you in any way. Just some devils advocate type stuff
I think it will be fine for the short run, but may have to be addressed in a few years, especially if you live in a state where its not really hot and really cold like California.
