yea...Bags aren't happening. Now that i'll be able to tuck the rears, it should be on the ground.

      • What shape have you chosen for the new rear flares? I actually fell in love with your old ones and shed a tear seeing them leave.

        • lets try this fender thing again... the control arms are topped out and rear tires are higher than the side skirts so it "SHOULD" never rub.

                  • Thanks guys, Hopefully it will get rid of the raked look I had and match the front fenders better. Maybe even get that gas tank a little closer to the ground.

                    • really interested to see how those fenders turn out. Like how you're thinking out of the box on this build.

                      • The crazy time of the year is over and its time to get some work done on Adi. Because I'm terrible at managing myself I've started the rear fenders, shaved bay, motor swap, and motor refresh all at the same time. Tonight I broke down the motor and pulled most of the gaskets. the oil pan, intake manifold, fuel rail, and valve cover have been degreased and painted. next I will tackle the block before installing the gaskets.

I just got back from spending a week in texas visiting my brother and his wife. His land Cruiser is enough to make me want to spin my coils and have a Baja '02.
