i layed down a good few coats of filler primer.
Also bolted up the rear wheel to see what the fitment would look like. I have been having trouble getting the tire seated on the inside of the rim so it looks like meaty fitment. Even with the non stretched tire, The rear subframe is a half inch off the ground. This car should lay frame no problem.

continued the cutting and welding
the painted floors got cleared with some fancy pearls/sparkles in it.
found a control panel online that i want to simulate. it should go great with my seats.
And for you VW people out there, a friend of mines rear engined scirocco build that officially funs and drives
