really looking forward to this build man, reminds me of my old square back.

i would suggest putting the donor cars front clip on the project car. that front end isnt as pointed and gives a more "low" look to it. the pointed front makes it look sporty, i wish i knew that before i bought my square.

    good job so far though!

Shouldn't be a problem there it's away from the heat and has hi pressure clamps on it. Ran the same setup for years now without issues .

Ahk, fair enough. I have mine under the fuel tank, and then one after the hardline and near the back of the engine away from the heat. But, will have to change that setup when it goes to the electric fuel pump for the 1916cc.

Thanks, the carbs are basically rebuilt, need to bend a piece of a linkage and then find a small clip that got lost somehow.

After that and my pieces arrive I should be able to attempt a start.
Should be mid week next week when my parts get here. Or at least I hope so.

Got a few more things done on the car last week.
Shift Rod coupler, This was way more challenging than I expected. Due to not having the access plate on the bottom, I wasn't able to get it as tight as I think it should be but I might try to get in there again.

I also got new soft lines installed, and new hard lines in the front.

Painted my decklid in a hurry to cover up a few spots.

I also got a few parts in this week.
I got a new dash, pedal assembly, and gaskets for the carb to the manifold.

Could possibly attempt to drive in the next week or so. Depends on the weather and work.

Well. Things went south, I have since pulled engine and transmission. Rebuilding the engine. Had the transmission rebuilt. And brakes redrilled to 4x100.
Ordered a new wiring harness and rear apron.
Received the new apron last week.

Got the transmission back from rebuild along with 4x100 brakes.

It stormed here today and so it was warm.
Put the transmission in, lowered the rear as well.

Also a shot of the garage.
                            Roommate is building a thing.

                                Received my wiring harness yesterday.

Hopefully pull the old wiring soon and then install.
                                Not long before paint.
