one week till the trucks first event. and I've still got a lot left. but heres what i did today.
cleaned up my wiring a bit and added a relay block so i can add relays whenever i want, also wired up my fan

raised the passenger seat about an inch, and made the pipe covers for the passenger area.

tomorrow will be making the back window, and air guides. setting the tow on the front wheels and changing the oil.
bought my new helmet yesterday and bought the parts to make my intake.

rear window is done.

and my roof scoop is done.

took the truck for about a 15 minute drive on sunday and it was awesome, i had a huge smile on my face the whole time.

and i put my team sticker on.

next is a little more front suspension work, make an intake, and some tiny other little things like a coolant reservoir and check fluids

this past weekend was the maiden voyage for the beast, and man it surpassed my expectations big time. not a single problem all day.

the truck seemed to be a crowd favorite which was awesome.

felt so good to be out finally doing what i love. and the truck just worked flawlessly

i had never felt a sense of accomplishment like i did after my first lap. i was at a loss for words and i probably looked like a 10 year old kid on christmas morning.

only casualty was a flare popped off, and one of my idler pulleys is going bad i think.

and heres a video of the majority of the day, sorry for lack of footage. dead go-pro and friends that cannot operate a camera that isn't on their phone…….
