      • so i thought id fill you guys in on whats been goin on in my little world.

lets start off with the road trip, i needed some new scenery in my life so me and my girl backed our back and made the move to colorado.

due to some BAD guidance we took a "detour" that doubled the length of our trip and took us to some pretty sketchy places. needles was hot as FAWK! 112*f

the suburban eventually crapped out the front heater core at 3am in arizona on an indian reservation. we also almost killed a dozen horses on the freeway.
after all that BS we made it to moab utah at about 7-8am

got all unpacked and moved into our new apartment! my baby finally has its own shelter =]

i was curious what the area had for drifting so i headed out to the middle of nowhere because i heard some skid racers where havin a track day. i was pleasantly surprised by the turn out on a wednesday of all days, pretty cool track too, (sorry phone died only picture snapped)

saw this cool ass thing, had a v8 in it too mad respect!

then a few days passed and vacation was over, time to work. i got a job working for a friend of a friend at a place called mustang motorsports, which build some killer stuff. on my first day my first job was a trunk floor rust repair on a ss camaro.

next day roll bar in a shelby

they had this just hanging around too, coyote powered stang wicked car (and i **** mustangs and classic cars as a whole to be honest) but i respect when respect is due.

did a cat back on a fox body, steering box on a old 5.0 powered bronco, headers and starter on a barracuda, some maintenance on 67 stang fast back, and now I'm doing body work on another sick little shelby. i dig my job A LOT. I'm learning so much stuff, i just hope my boss is impressed.

enough about that. i figured now was as good of time as any to start operation 2014 on the truck.

        enter madness

like the list says i plan on getting a lot of seat time in 2014. so i gotta crack the whip

stay tuned the ball should start rolling soon.

          • so today i used my saturday wisely and knocked a few things off my list.

starting with adjusting my throw out bearing, i had to add three of the supplied spacers behind it to make it fully disengage the clutch what a pain that was.

next a friend of mine donated a b&m shifter from his project ls powered s10 blazer and i welded it on. (the coors beer tap handle broke off)

re-sealed my oil pan, took my driveshaft out to take to a driveline shop, and removed my exhaust manifolds to start building a real exhaust.

            feels good already
