well, finished the paint on the underside of my car now! i think it looks ok now :P



Next thing on the to do list is to get it down on the wheels again, but this time on coilovers! So i have started building a rear axel! took a volvo 740 axel since its 10 cm wider then the 240 axel, and strippd of all the brackets and shit :P

Started making brackets that will fitt the 240 4-link!

removed the "fuelhatch" or whatever you say :P





also stated making the volvo-MVE clutch adapter :P have to get the gearbox in place before i can paint the car! (not finished)

test fitted the rear coilovers! just hadd to see how low i can go before i removed the rear axel!

Stock hight shock vs coilover! aprox 7 cm shorter :P



On the car, still 5 cm more to go on the coilovers



I then removed the rear axel so i can get on cleaning the underside of the car :P



NASTY job by the way.. that shit gets everywhere and i look like a caveman after an hour under there :P

Got tired of that and did some welding on a few hard to reach places (but no pics of that) :P almost ready for some paint now!
