since im out of parts for my tanks and transmission bracket, i started building the turbo manifold!

it will be made of 316 stainless tubing, 42,4mm in diameter and 2mm thick walls.

didnt get very far as it took some time to split and trim the oval port to round tubing parts!

since im out of argon gas for the tig, i made the gearbox shifter linkage today!

Made it of 16mm aluminium and some plumber stuff :P

Drilled out to 7mm, tapped to m8 and dilled the first 2 cm down to 10mm to "hide" and support the plumber thingys (the part on the right in the first pic)

    assembled

grabbed my pipe bender and made this

well, what can i say.. i like making everything myself :P

So, i need an oil - air seperator for the crankcase ventilation.. this is actualy V 2.0!
V 1.0 is resting in my trash can :P

so, air and oil mix will enter the box on the left side, go between the plates and hopfully most of the oil wil cling to the plates and mostly clean air wil pass trough the holes and out the airfilter. the bottom plate is missing, and ill weld a AN fitting to it that leads the oil back to the crank case!

    æ

this is where it will live :P just need to finish it and figure out how to bolt it to the steel tubes!

i need to order some weld in AN bungs so i can finish this and the dry sump tank!

Hope you understand my shitty english :P

since i ran out of bolts and some stuff, i just jumped of the subspension and worked with the gearbox today! Finished the volvo redblock - MVE gearbox bellhusing, then i bolted it to the engine block and started making the rear bracket that holds the gearbox..
its not finished yet, still need to make room for the exhoust on the right side!
