Finished for the day! 12 hours of work

done lots of stuff. but as ususal, i work and forget to take pics...

Custom coil cover in carbon, with carbon rods over the coils to push them down. in other words, that cover is STIFF ;P

Painted the Intercooler, dont want that shiny thing behinde the grill ;P
Also made a carbon cover to give it a better look, and to stopp the fan from drawing air around the intercooler.

Dash, and wiring is staring to come together

a little bit of an update

bunch of pics and a little text ;P

so, when i started to adjust the cams i noticed the cam picked up and launched the shim right out of the bucket!! So i guess there is enough lift on these cams then ;P

had to buy new valvebuckets, solid ones and shim the valvs with lashcaps..

btw, that was a lot of work o.O grinded the lashcaps to the correct clearing!

    back on the cams

and on with the timing belt etc

also, the timing belt kit from yoshifab didnt line up with the cranckshaft gear.. had to make a 2,5mm spacer for the cranck so the timingbelt runs straight and free ;P

    exhoust temp

aaaand carbon plates for the interior
