we where having trouble with the cam sensor yesterday.. the tooth that gives the signal is to narrow for NIRA to register, and since i dont want to take the shaft out now to make a new tooth i moved the sensor up to the camshaft for now..

also, the TPS was defective so i had to fit a GM style one instead!

    btw, it might start tomorrow

changed out the EV1 connectors for the new and better EV6 connectors.. ive bought injectors that is e85 compatible, and the newer ev6 injectors has a better spray pattern they said

    brake fluid reservoirs mounted

the exhoust is finished, welded the last stuff at the rear today. and i also made an wg outlet pipe!

the wg vband flange is 60mm outer diameter and the pipe is 2,5". so i cut plenty of cuts in the pipe, knocked it together and welded it. ok "reducer" i think

screamer pipe it is Gonna make an extra pipe when i get the time, that goes into the exhoust. then i can choose if i want to run the screamer pipe or change it out with a more silent version!

becouse of strickt sound level rules at some of the tracks here in norway i had to make shure its not THAT noisy! so 2 silincers from KL racing at the back + a home made silencer welded staight on the KL racing cans ;P

The home made one is filled with a glass fiber mat, forgot to take a pic ;P

just a couple more welds and a solid mounting point left to do and the exhoust is finished

driveshaft is done, filled the mid mount / bearing thingy with sika window glue.. safe to say the play that was there is now gone..

but i was very eager to get on with the exhoust, so i totaly forgot to take any pics of the driveshaft mounted in the car.. might get a few tomorrow.. i really dont think they planned on using a audi / TH400 driveshaft combo in the 240 tho, its a VERY thight fit!

aanyway, downpipe! 4" stainless for the first bit, then 2x2,5" from there due to lack of space.. 3,5-4" tubing really doesnt work under a 240 ;P

    more pipes ;P

decided not to gamble on the oil tank i made earlyer, if it fails to get the air out of the oil it bad news for my engine. so we made a new one from scratch yesterday

figured its better looking mate black then discolored alu.. so i painted the pipes

made center rings for the rotors, and drilled the correct bolt pattern!

i also finaly got my hands on a th400 driveshaft! so i cut of the pice i needed of both driveshafts. then made a liner that fitts inside both pipes (not the same diameter) and welded them together. if its balanced enough or not, time will tell.. ;P
