gave brian a ring, he was on the right tack...but suggested i talk to hoppen in florida or shine racing for unitronic software....well i am a unitronic dealer so no go there. Brian made a few suggestions on my 2x2 dianostic port on the v8 auto ecu. Thanks for link.

For real that you're swapping the monster 5 in line to a crap v8?

i drive a turbo i5 20v every day. the coupe had a blown non turbo i5 20v. i already had the v8 from my 80q test chassis which also was a vr6...

the 80q had a tweaked frame and only spent 400$ on it 3yrs ago. it served its testing purposes

Did you hear back from 034?

i had suspicion the issue had to do with the stock chip being coded to a manual trans. 034 confirmed it.

it WILL run... standalone is my plan b or c. burned a new chip for the ecu yesterday hoping its in the software. still didn't start, but today i want to go back through all the wiring and grounds.
