For supplements? Id say a good multivitamin and good whey protein shake is all you need.

      • So I dropped off for a while...

Start of jan I decided I need to shred some fat, so Ive been doing 30 mins of cardio 5 times a week keeping my heart rate at around 150bpm.. As well as some DB excersizes.

In 4 weeks Ive dropped 3kg

        104kg > 101kg.

I want to drop atleast another 6 kg.

                • I need to gain weight (muscle). Too lazy to go to the gym, and I burn off all my caloric intake (which needs to be pretty huge with my metabolism).

@Yogi_Bear - switch up your routine. I'm a subscriber to the belief that supplements are useless if your body is not working towards something. If you keep doing the same exercises you will plateau.

                  • Go to bodybuilding.com massive site. Tons of routines and supplements. It's a good place to gain some knowledge.

I've taken a lot of different supplements since I've started lifting (dumb teenager trying to get big in a short amount of time). But now after a lot of trying different things and learning on my own, I've decided the best way for me is to keep it simple. Right now I take 6 BCAA pills 30 minutes before and immediately after lifting. They help with lean muscle growth, protein synthesis, reducing fatigue/muscle breakdown. The other thing I take is Musclepharm Assault. It's a really good pre workout supp. It doesn't make you jittery, you don't crash afterwards, provides a good amount of energy, and I've noticed results within 5 weeks of taking it. Also the most important thing about Musclepharm products is that they're NCAA approved and tested so I don't have to worry about testing positive during the season. And for the days that I can't eat as soon as I'm done lifting I have Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein. It's simple, cheap, and effective.

                      • Just smash a couple of eggs in a milkshake.

Fuck suppliments, waste of money. Wheels > suppliments.
