So Ive decided now that I hit 190 to start actually Eating more and taking in a Surplus of Calories, Going to try and get as big/lean as possible by the spring With the Help of Cycling this on/off to keep me lean

Just getting back into the swing of things myself.
Had a wedding a few weeks ago, moved, got sick, started a new job and things are finally leveling out. Back on a decent diet and getting back to the gym.
