  • this chick asked what I was up to this afternoon. I said "meal prep". She had no idea what I meant. So I took some pics. Here they are. 3.5 pounds of meat, 6 cups of jasmine rice, 18 hard boiled eggs. Theres also some habanero salsa and a bunch of avocados involved. Oh and Sam Summer

    And ingredients to make chicken pot pie tomorrow night

    • Did chest as well today. Flat BB bench, incline DB bench, incline fly, pullovers, and a few sets of dips. Then followed up with some an work and suicides in the bb ball court.

      Supposed to do back tomorrow. Going to go indoor rock climbing so I'll hit legs instead.

          • Im doing deadlift tomorrow.

            I go to an LA Fitness. I like it and all, but I'll never reach my goals at a place like that

            • I like my current gym. No one bothers me and they have basically everything I want/need. Only thing I really wish they had was a lying leg curl machine. The have a seated one but not a lying one. I figured out a way to do lying leg curl with dbs so it's not a big issue.

              Pumped for legs tomorrow. I did some higher rep stuff last week and while I had a good pump, I didn't feel like I really fatigued them. So tomorrow I'll work from 12 reps down to about 2 reps. Maybe spread that out over 6 sets and do a few sets of warm ups. Oh yeah, then do front squat around the same, then finish off with some high rep leg ext. Then time to hit the hammies.

              I'll finish off with calves too.

              Thursday will be back and abs again, Friday will be delts and calves, and Saturday will be bis/tris/forearms and abs again.

                Ive been slacking on abs big time. I need to get back on that again. I just **** it so much hahaha

                • So a friend Asked me to join him and do legs today. This is what we did

                  Squats 7x7
                  Hack Squats 4x12
                  Leg Press 4x12
                  Calf Raises 4x10
                  Leg extension/Sissy squat super set 4x12
                  Heavy Seated Leg curls 2x10
                  Hex bar step ups 5x5
                  Seated Wall sits. 1+min x2

                  Had to crawl down the stairs at the gym to the main level after lol

                      My legs were cashed but we did 438x12 for our last set. Which by that point legs were cashed since it was our 3rd exersize and 15th set lol. Think back in april I managed 748lbs x 4

                        Ive leg pressed once this year, a few months back. Did 850 or something. Whatever 9 plates plus the sled equals.

                          9 a side i take it? that would be 928 on ours. (sled weights 118lbs, its a hammer strength)

                              • Did squats yesterday. Got a new max of 275. Not that impressive but it's about 100 lbs more than what I could do last summer.
