      • I wear vibrams on leg day and back day for deadlifts and I wear some random under armour tennis shoes on the other days. And to catch up on the past topic, my girlfriend eats 1200 calories a day when she's taking her time doing a slow cut.

        • Kinda funny, On the 5x5 program I gained Strength and muscle mass, Just never lost weight or gained weight, Since switching back to the 6day routine I had before the 5x5 I've dropped 8 pounds since Monday

            What do you think of the ephedrine and caffeine stack? I've read a little bit about it before and don't know too much other than improper dosing can cause some really bad side effects.

            • I love it to be honest, Ive done a cycle of it once before with good results, Im almost done my 2nd cycle. lol. Shit thing is 3 weeks in you take a week off and you want to eat everything in the house lol.

              • Meal prep! 6 meals made and ready to go. This will get me through tuesday lunch. 3pounds of meat and 6 cups of rice are the majority of what I've got going here. I only make lunch and dinner in advance. breakfast is fresh
