      a wee bit lower

needs more poke, hopefully S14 arms in the front, and less camber in the rear will fix that

      Under the front

its all fun and games scraping the road until this happened last night

i was driving through some road works and hit a huge bump out of nowhere

torn out the sway bar from one of the mounts and broke one of the sway bar links, smashing the sway bar into the sump and cross member

had to remove the sway bar completely and wind up the coilovers for the drive home, coz the sump was looking very much worse for wear

lucky no holes in the sump, so i babied it home

              Had a MASSIVE weekend

Went to a Drift Matsuri 2 day drift event at Winton Raceway, 220ks out of Melbourne.

Towed the car up Friday night using the R31 and the drifting kicked off Sat morning

Got lots of good track time despite a few cars having minor and major bingles out on the track.

Sat action was on from 10am till 10pm. with the night session being very... umm.. interesting, with lack of illumination provided had to guess where some corners were

Sunday provided some rain in the morning which quickly dried up after it stopped raining and the 30deg heat was setting back

Action finished at 5pm on Sunday

The flow around the track was amazing with only 1 slow point and no start line which meant you could go lap after lap in your class without having to line up and wait.

Car performed flawlessly all weekend and i did not even bend any tie rods even though i had a few hard offs and bounces across ripple strips

              now on with the photos

                          yeah they are doing alright

used one to tow the 180 to the track and didn't have any problems(except draining the battery from leaving the high beams on while setting up camp)

otherwise progress has been slow coz the drift weekend ended up costing me $982

i also almost bought another set of BBS LMs in the same specs for cheap cheap yesterday, but stopped myself

nah was thinking for the 180, but realy probably wouldn't have been a smart choice coz i would've blown my whole pay in one go

think i'll just save for a while and slowly work on the R31s

Went to another Drift Practice day on the weekend

Had an interesting day, a few strange problems like gaining toe-in on the front for some reason..
and the hardline on my rear caliper breaking off at the end of the last session

I struggled a bit most of the day trying to get 245/40/17s to spin in 3rd and combating the shocking understeer due to crap front tires, but it was fun none the less

                                pics to follow
