      • This thing is so sick, I would pay good money for those front bag brackets you've got there

          • coming along nicely....out of curiosity did you run the airlines for the front bags inside the car or underneath it? Yours is RHD like mine that would help a lot

yeah, all under the car. drivers front goes infront of engine under radaitor then joins the passenger and follows the fuel lines to rear.

hey, good to see you still about. lower control arm will get a bit of support where bolted and will probably buy some proper rose joints to make the drop link rather than the shortened merc rear ones as in the pic.

                • I enjoy the fact that you buy whole cars to get only the few bits you need.
Fantastic work on the sunroof repair job - it's neat to see you adapt what you need to what you have, to well make something new.

I like the plates, missus did well.

                  • Would love some more info on what you have done with the swaybar. When I bought my car, it was not hooked up and I removed it due to it rattling around. Shoot me a PM if your interested in talking. Car looks absolutely fantastic!

nothing really secret, just shortened the standard bar, then drilled and tapped a female thread to take the pivot link. As mentioned, its not fully sorted... dont there is enough strength where ive gone though the control arm, so i plan on beefing up the area and using a couple of rose/heim joints for the droplink.

Always answer PM's so shoot me queries

                            • no new pics, but a bit of news...

had a engineer signatory come and have a preliminary inspection to legalise all modifications to suspension, engine etc. He told me to let him know when ive finished... found no issue other than needing a nylok nut on a new child restrant Ive added. Happy days
now to find the time to wrap things up

                              • Sweet!! Its always good to know the mods are safe and road legal. I just tried "your" front setup on the road this week, but without an anti roll bar. So far it rides nicer than stock at raised height and the handling isn't bad either. I'm looking for some small balljoints to mod the front anti roll bar and see how it goes
