    Lol meaty mexipoke.

Sorry, those wheels don't look good at all in my opinion. The wheel spokes poking out of the face looks silly, and the squared spokes don't flow well with the rounded body. I still think you should have passed- you're now another $100 in the hole just to have a complete set to sell. If it sounds too good to be true... it often is.

    Either way, good luck.

well theres been a minor set back.... on the way home a few weeks ago waiting at a redlight. there were a few cars in front of me. we all started moving forward when it turned green and then the one in front slammed its brakes.... so everyone else slams their brakes including me. i do a skid right into the back of a trailblazer. didnt do a thing to her car but her bumper bent my front up a little bit. it could have been much worse, but im sill mad that i was so careless.. the damage is a small dent in the hood, and the grill and left front headlight are bent back a little bit. the frame might be a little bent too in front of the radiator. it was hard to tell though. oh, and my honda logo fell off lol. heres some pics of the damage

heres the pic that shows the frame. it looks bent the tiniest bit to me, but im not sure...

so ill probably get around to fixing that sooner or later. hopefully by Eas Coast Honda Meet.
but for now, more pics of the car

i Нate to be a Нater, but since this is a public forum and u ask for opinions , my opinion is there is nothing stance or fancy about this. terrible wheels with tires my truck has. granted its your car, do what you want, but i just dont think this belongs in a build thread due to lack there of.

i hear you. i know its pretty weak right now, but most of its due to me having no money. new wheels and more lows will come sometime in the future

Burgandy and gold look so sexy together. Also look into getting smaller tires, I think those 195 50's would be real nice once it is lower.

A little over $300 can get you low safely, check out the links below. I have a very similar setup, and my car rides nicely, not bouncy at all and feel like my friends megan street coilovers.

People think of the KYB gr2's/excel g's as a factory replacement, but in the case of our economy/family cars they are an improvement over stock and when lowered would last longer than stock shocks.

the car just looks weird with wheels that small. thats why i did those bigger tires. i will probably be getting some 16x8's soon and running either 195 50 or 195 55 then going a little more lowww.

heres some really REALLY rough photoshops i did of some wheels i was lookin at. (paint ftw)

thoughts? money is tight. so ill probably be going with xxr's. then ill probably just chop a coil or 2 on these springs. then upgrade shocks

Chopping coils off of your spring is never a good idea, your springs get drastically softer each time they are cut and increases your chances of bottoming out and puts more stress on the car and the shocks. Cut springs are shock killers.

I would say invest in the coil sleeves and shocks, rides as good as coilovers depending on the brand you get, minus the adjustability.

You can still go really low though without having to cut a coil off every time you want to go lower.

The accord wagon guys seem really fond of 17's with 40 tire on them.

C'mon man, don't rag this this out. There's plenty enough of that in the Honda Community as is. Just wait for the money to come in and buy some sleeves. It's not worth the embarrassment and safety to cut them. If you want lows, save 200 and buy a sleeve shock combo gently used or something.

I think you should save for wheels and once you get the wheel money, sell the current wheels 2/3 bux or more if you can get it. Then, buy sleeves and so better wheels than 002s anything but those Deep dish Drag DR-27

yeah im still tryin to sell those old black wheels. ive got some money saved up already so once those sell i think ill be able to get a nice set. once i buy the nice set and get tires and what not, ill sell the xxr's for profit and then buy sleeves and shocks any suggestions for wheels? im lookin for something with a little dish
