test fitted some xxr 552's et0 15x8 with 195 40 15's. please ignore the slightly positive camber. we didnt have the right sized lug nuts so the ones we did use werent screwed on all the way. so the wheels sorta bent out when we lowered it down. ill take some better shots when i actually get the wheels and the correct sized lug nuts for it. but for now... heres a sample

I say hell naw to the XXR's. They don't flow well with the rest of the car, they're WAY too small, and they just don't fit well with your current ride height.


I used to have a red '96 4-door Accord, I owned it for 6 years. I loved that little car to death, it just wouldn't die. 201k on it when I sold her.



Keep up the good work, I feel like not enough people do a good job of building these cars properly.

hmmm. tempting. bu i have a few other things in plan first. he's sellin those wheels with brand new tires for 200. so its hard turnin that down. i was thinkin bout goin a bit lower after i got those too

If anything. You can buy them then sell them to get another set. Because those don't really go with the car. Personally, i HA-8 those wheels, but that's besides the point.

I think a better option is to pocket the two hunnets and still save. Stack about 800 and buy some legit wheels, IMO

he picture doesnt do them justice. i think im gonna buy them. clean them up a bit. and then either keep em or sell them for a little more. cuz one wheel is a tad bent so that needs attention

I know what the wheels look like in person and i just don't feel it, but it's your car and your vision so i have to accept what you feel is best.

yeah some of my friends have the same view as you.. im just a sucker for that concave though they are definitely an upgrade from my others so for now i like them. once i get them on i think im gonna do a quarter or half coil chop on the front to see if that lowers it to my liking. if i like it, ill chop the back too. if it doesnt close the wheel gap the way i want it too, then ill sell them and get some bigger wheels
