painting them will be tough. somehow, there are chunks of tarmac that are totally bonded to the inside..... this confuses me

Probably drove over a freshly paved road, it happens. Shouldn't be THAT stuck on but what do I know ahaha.

Just take a screwdriver to it if its on the inside of the wheel.

Are those white ones ADR's? I would re do the white ones too.
