heres an update
so i received some bad news this friday, my trans-adapter wasn't made in the given 6 week period quantum auto allowed thus a refund of my money was issued and i don't know what the hell is going on, all i know is I'm a little ticked about the whole thing, and i am now debating an adapter kit that utilizes the KA trans.
but other than that i had a big weekend on the truck.
cut the firewall for an engine test fit and found a lot of thing that will need changing.



problem #1, there is no way in hell I'm getting a valve cover on with that booster in the way, so I'm contemplating a hyrdo boost unit, or non assisted brake set up, or just the tinniest booster i can find.

problem #2 no way in hell I'm going to be able to use the stock gas pedal or throttle linkage. gonna have to get jiggy with it and make something new

tight fit between the alt. heat shield and the frame

clears the steering just fine tho

test fitting the s13 tension rod brackets

new godspeed tension rods

new MODIFIED tension rods

and my buddy gave me a tig welding lesson today, this is 409 stainless. keep in mind this is my first time TIG welding. he was impressed that i didn't fuck the tungsten up
