D&W, awesome. Pure awesome.
I've been trying to bag my W126 420SEL (1991 with 25,000 miles on it, no scratches/dents) It would be the big brother to your older Benz.
Can you provide more pictures on install? BagRider's has set me up with a kit using Slam Specialty bags but the only set back right now that I have is coming up with special brackets to mount the bags in the spring perches.. any more info on how you did this? Thanks!

I will get some more pics of the install ASAP. the bags mount to very basic round 5" approx tube as brackets that just sit in place on the control arms in my car, not sure about yours. the shop that installed mine made the brackets and was very straightforward. these cars basically asked to be bagged
i just need to have some of the front upper control arm shaved back as its touching the bag. that should be happening this week

so after having the air in for a few weeks it's back down at socal suspension having a check over and tweaking any areas that need attention after the settle in period.
installing front shocks (tried running no shocks but too bouncy)
removing or trimming bump stops
trimming inside edge of upper control arm in front to give some more clearance for the bag
tidying up some wiring in the trunk
alignment - was pulling a little to the right
secure rear bag brackets on lower control arm, seemed they were shifting a little sometimes
replace accuair keyfob, was working intermittent
off camping next weekend so might have to wait until the week after to pick it up. lame day in SD raining like crazy...
this is Jose's car, he is the one doing the work on my car. there is some earlier build shots earlier in my thread to see the progression
He built the chassis, mounted the motor, all custom shock mounts etc, made the steering wheel, just built out the setup in the rear tray, he just needs to do just needs floors and a windscreen now. amazing he got this thing registered! its so loud its insane.

what bags did you use in the front. I think i saw airhouse 2's in the thread but not sure. Let me know im gonna be buying some bags pretty soon.
And when looking at my suspension on my w108 i noticed that the front end sits on the bumpstops and thats just with my static drop. You definitly got to cut those down. The bag could be moving around from not getting any pressure from the weight of the car and its gonna sit lower without the bumpstops in there.
And for anyone who wants to know the size of the cup. I took a couple rough measurements last night and its about 4-4.5" cups on top and about 3-3.5" cups for the bottom. this isn't exact but the cup measurements are about close enough for you to get the idea. D&W should be able to give you exact measuremets of his cups if his installer hooks him up with the cup lengths.
