thanks sire.
Today I did something I've been putting off for like 2 years. when you do mechanical secondaries on the Nikki carbs that come with 12A's, (which consists of using bailing wire to tie things together, lol), the accelerator pump lever must be extended to avoid starving the engine for fuel between the primary and secondary jets. I've been driving in a manner that avoids such a thing all this time, but once in a while I'd have a huge flat spot in my acceleration due to not using the right finess. Now, the accelerator pump seems to put in the extra fuel needed well into the secondaries, I'm going to test it later today, and I might do more little things on the car later on as well. Here's pics of the new ghettoness that should have made my car much nicer.

Right arm! Yea, that paper mache hides all the flaws on your bonnet quite nicely. It looks cool and I would have never known that was the same hood you wrecked with if you didn't point it out.
also, the dead spot in my non-finessed acceleration is greatly reduced. I think if I adjust it a bit I should about have it dialed in. A few people have recommended that I get a holley carb on it, but I don't think it would be worth the money. this carb works out okay besides it likely being part of why the car is so cold blooded (not sure it's that's too avoidable anyways), and it sure dumps fuel in for maximum power! I also only have about $50 in this carb as it needed a rebuild.
I plan to figure out what I need egg-sackly to fix my rear toe issue tomorrow. Then I plan to order heims and bungs and maybe obtain some tubing to make custom width misalignment spacers out of tomorrow and/or soon after.

got a bit done today, but nothing regarding figuring out what heims I need for the back end unforntunately.
My new water temp gauge is installed and all wired up, and my oil pressure gauge that is on back order is ready to be hooked up.
the pics got out of order, but here you can see I finally got my gauges lit (besides the crappy sunpro's) and I got a bunch of dash lights working for the first time in at least 3 years so my car won't feel so spooky at night and I'll be able to see things better.
Daylight install pic. It will be very nice to get that oil pressure gauge!
here, I ran into an issue. When I pulled out the gauge cluster, the redish things up top that the lights shine through were all warped and half removed or something. So I gorilla glued the ones from my spare gauge cluster on it. The only downfall is that I have a couple minor spots where it seeped through, but it's less ghetto than the moth that was in there before!
lastly, I hid the mess of wires that would have been quite visible in this picture.

well, I'm getting a toe correction kit for the back since I found one that was priced alright from AKG. The Fit Garage is giving me a good deal on it as well. It should fix the rear toe issue easier than the heim solution, and it will be much easier to adjust.
I also washed and waxed the car for the first time ever. I had a good time at my club's car show this weekend.
Low car limbo!
I would have gone higher up this since I had already bent the hell out of my front lip, but the car was teetering. Also, notice how I almost snagged my bumper on the top of the sketchy ramp, lol.

in addition to fixing the rear toe issue, I plan to lower the seats.
the stock wheels off my car.

thanks man. a lot of work went into our show n shine. the RTI ramp needs a lot of work before the next time it's used, it got tweaked a bit.
I made that thing at the last minute with a budget of pretty much 0 besides welding supplies, so the materials were pretty iffy. we'll have that thing all fixed up for next year I'm sure.
We also had a competition to see who was the loudest, and there were goofy bikes and a power wheels.
Also, I have to let you all know since I'm an honest dude that I didn't take any of the pics. my friend alex took most of them, he's a real photo wiz.

thanks!
So I got this AKG toe correction kit, The FitGarage hooked me up with it. I only have it tape measure aligned, it's toed in probably a touch under 1/8" now instead of around 5/16". I still have room to toe it out to 0, but until I get a chance to have it aligned on a rack, I'd rather error on the safe side as being toed out in the back can make the car drift weather it's intentional or not. a friend of mine really got taken by surprise driving his B5 toed out in the back on the way to get it aligned. anyways, the car seems a lot better now even though I've hardly driven it like this. I think everyone with a lowered BMW should get a setup like this.

my oil pressure gauge finally showed up...
freaking summit racing.
I also decided to change out the O'doul's cans on the coils. They were a joke since O'doul's sucks; now I'm using a can from something I actually drink.
and here's a look at how it currently sits. I'm keeping my eye out for different wheels and considering painting these white int he mean time.
