Update

Worked outside today... weather was great.

I made some measurements and decided to cut out about 6"! (its not anywhere near a 6" chop... don't worry)



Split the windshield frame in two and welded each pillar 360° (sorry I missed pictures for some of the steps)





I had the frame sectioned and clamped for welding. I measured for the filler, fit it, and welded it





That's about all I got done today, but I have 20 feet of steel and I know where the cage will go now...
