More on my Flickr
#1 is good, I'd like to see it with a bit more motion blur, perhaps a slower shutter speed next time.
#2 I like, just as an idea play around with levels &curves in photoshop if you have it to try and bring out more detail in the black.
#3&4 are good, again a little more motion would have been cool and I would stay away from adding vignetting in post. If you wanna bring out the subject with light try a dodge & burn or a gradient (use sparingly)

I started with a Canon Elan film SLR and then moved to a Nikon d60, grew bored with Nikon and now have a Canon 7D. After switching to Canon again i'm here to stay. With Canon I feel as though the lenses are better and more reasonably priced (The 50 f/1.8 and the 70-200 f/4). Both are similar in image quality and build quality though some say that Nikon's build quality is better....don't think a D60 to 7D is a fair comparison in this category.

Interesting, I was at Costco the other day, and I was actually looking at the Canon Rebel T2i and the Nikon D5000 and this is what kinda made me wonder what brand the majority seems to be in favor of.
Originally posted by Kielan View PostLenses are fairly similar in cost as well, really it just comes down to what you like more in each camera, software, lenses, how it feels (Can't stress that one enough).
The only experience I've had with a "DSLR" is on GT5 lol.

I see, when you guys say "how it feels" are you guys referring to the weight of the camera or the grip or the overall size or the ease of access to certain buttons? Fill me in the know, I'd really like to learn more
