Spend $100 on a dyno and you won't have to guess or go off of other people's cars!

No I was just curious to see when others shift. I have a good feeling for my power band, (considering how many people have had integra's dyno'ed) and I like shifting at lowish rpm's when cruising (fuel efficiency and smoothness).

2006 Ford Focus ZX4 ST. 2.3L Duratec DOHC all aluminum 4-banger

Cruising: 1800-2200 RPM, depending on how low I am on gas
Ripping it: 6700 RPM. Redline at 7K.

The power band of the Duratec goes from about 3100 all the way to 6800 RPM. The IMRC really lets this car scream whenever you want it to. It may not be the most powerful car in the world at about 170HP, but it is ready to go at any time. Truly a fantastic engine.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.
