the term ricer used to mean someone with a jap modified car, then it became to mean the way they drove and the way they acted.
its similar to boy racer here in the uk, you can modify in whatever style you like, but if you drive it like an inconsiderate idiot and cause other people annoyance, you're a knob.

just have a thought before you go out and have fun with your car. yes, its fun to drive around with no headers, but will the old lady over the road appreciate it?

i've had a few noise complaints about the sound of my car, but its something thats standard, and I'm not willing to change it yet. i just try not to drive when people are going to be putting kids to bed now.
