You realize that fire spreads? No there was not jet fuel everywhere, you are putting words in my mouth. I never said anything like that. I'm not sure if you realize just how big a 757 is and just how much fuel was on board these planes however. These planes were FULL of fuel, there was a rather large explosion, and guess what fire doesn't just magically contain itself either. Shit a typical house fire gets hot enough to make steel easily pliable, I can only imagine how hot a fire consisting of ENORMOUS amounts of accelerant (ie high burning temp gasoline, aka jet fuel) was.

So nobody gets butthurt about going off topic in an off topic thread, here's my input.

I'm sure the government does some sketchy things to cover their asses and ours. But in my opinion, I think sacrificing all of those lives wouldn't be worth covering anything up, or diverting attention away from or to something else. That makes absolutely no sense to me. Unless there is irrefutable evidence that it was a cover up/conspiracy, none of us were there, so I don't even see the point in talking about it.

No your point is negated by the fact that smoking is a choice, and they tax it heavily because its a choice they don't want people to make, but when people do they want to make money. Not many people made money off of 9/11 you realize, and the gov't sure as hell didn't, and there was a lot of flack taken for the way it was handled.

To orchestrate something of this size, 100s (more likely 1000s) would have needed to be involved and many at low levels. There's no way in hell that someone wouldn't have leaked especially by now. You know damn well some motherfucker who knew about it, and had solid evidence(which there would be), would've spill the beans either out of morality, or just to get some fame.
