went on a proper diet a few months ago, Dropped down to around 96kgs. The last month I havent really been following it 100%, but I haven't been eating shit either. Just weighed myself, sitting back on 100kgs. Might bulk soon, depending on how my body goes.

Ive been seeing an exercise physiologist as part of my rehab. Recently he has got me squating mixed in with glute bridges and some other stuff, but minimal weight. Ive been getting this amazing pain in my right knee under my kneecap, and it seems to be emphasized when I do hamstring curls.... He seems to think is due to targeting muscles around the knee I dont really use, and suggested I step up my foam rolling and stretching.

Will see how it goes I guess. Pic from today post legs, pre shoulders.

Im pretty Ticked, Kind of Depressed with where I'm at, I just finished my 14Week Cut and Didn't end up where I'd like to be BF% wise. It's my Fault I had a couple weeks where I Just wasn't training 100% and not cardio motivated or clean food motivated. So I talked with my Trainer, I'm just going to restart the same program for the next 12weeks but Start at 2-35min cardio sessions(one Post wake up and another Post workout) and increase 5min each a week. Lifting will stay the same at 45+min everyday.

Also not big. 5'10 240ish pounds

Ive been doing a lot of volume stuff lately. Yesterday was bench and I did 16 sets. Worked up to 5 sets of 6 at 260, then 2 sets of 225 with a 2 sec pause at the bottom. Then down to 185 for a couple sets of some super close grip stuff

Some of you guys are big haha. I'm jealous. Im 6 foot and weigh in at 160. Only have about 10% body fat though. Diet is the most important thing.

Squats today. Worked up to an easy 455. I probably could have done 475, but I looked at the clock and I was about to be late for work hahaha, so I had to peace out

For the last 9 or 10 weeks I have been trying some new stuff with my programming. But it isn't working. My body cant recover fast enough to make any progress. So time to figure something else out.

Today was bench day. Got talking to the guy working next to me. He asked what my max bench is. Told him that I had no idea, never really max out. But it was my light weight/high rep day. So I was working up to 5 sets at 275 for a total of 15 sets. And that if I had to guess, maybe 325? He was doing sets of 315. Told me from the way it looked to him, I should easily be around 375 for singles since the 275 looked so easy. Anyways, I may max out in the coming weeks just to see

Also, pinched a nerve in my back about 3 weeks ago. I could barely walk for the first 2 days and was in pain for a full week. But that's gone now. So it's time to work up to a 500 pound squat in the coming months

Did some deads today. Ended with 365 x 1. Been a while since I have moved that much weight. Felt good though.

I need to figure out something for my hands. The new YMCA I go to doesn't allow chalk. They used to but banned it right when I joined. Faggots couldn't keep from making a mess with it which pisses me off. I like doing all my lifts raw, no belt, gloves, or straps so I need to figure out how to make my hands grippy. I was thinking of the little chalk bags bowlers use. They don't really make a mess and I think it would help.
