Sitting at about 198 right now. Cycling a fat burner for the next month or so. (I use Jim Stoppani's Shred Jym, one of the safest ones on the market from what I have read.)
Did some deads today. Ended with 365 x 1. Been a while since I have moved that much weight. Felt good though.
I need to figure out something for my hands. The new YMCA I go to doesn't allow chalk. They used to but banned it right when I joined. Faggots couldn't keep from making a mess with it which pisses me off. I like doing all my lifts raw, no belt, gloves, or straps so I need to figure out how to make my hands grippy. I was thinking of the little chalk bags bowlers use. They don't really make a mess and I think it would help.

I've been out of the game a bit. Holidays took their toll and I planned on getting back into it this past week but fate had other plans for me.
This past Monday I had an accident at work. Bungee cord hit me in the face and took out a tooth. Going to get back to it this Monday though.

I've been putting along, four days a week, sometimes five.
My diet isn't really a diet, I just eat. In saying that I try to target when I eat certain foods, but it's not very strict. Haven't weighed myself in a while, might do that tomorrow if I remember.
Back and bi's today, limited the exercises I did today, but went heavier then usual, also off creatine till next week, then ill start another round.

Been back at it slowly. The holidays make it fucking tough to stay on track. I took like 3 weeks off around Thanksgiving to just eat and let myself rest. I had been at it (in the gym 5-6 even 7 days a week) for around the past year. It was kind of nice.
For the past 2 weeks I've been eating really well and getting to the gym 5 days a week. Feeling really good again. Lifts have gone down a little but it wont take long to get them back up.
Going to have a hell of a cheat meal in a little bit. 1 lb lean ground beef with cheese on it, and some sweet potato tots. Was going to get a 5 guys burger but this will be more satisfying.
My diet throughout the week goes like this:
Morning:
1/2 cup oats with 1 scoop protein powder in it, some truvia, cinnamon, little bit of milk, and a couple handfulls of cheerios. Pretty tasty stuff. The protein is Dymatize Casein Cinnamon Bun.
Lunch:
Sandwich - 2 slices Ezekiel bread, 3-4oz turkey, miracle whip lite and mustard. Yogurt, and either a banana or an apple.
Post workout:
Whey shake, 20 oz Gatorade G2 with my creatine in it.
Dinner:
Lately its been 5 oz ground turkey with some ketchup on it. Salad with some olive oil, vinegar, and a few spices. Then sweet potato fries done in the oven. Sometimes I'll have a little peanut butter for dessert.
That's really about it. I'm looking to loose some weight and this seems to be working. Sitting right around 200 lbs right now.

So Ive upped my intake the past 2 weeks after my buddy told me to start bulking. I can already notice more energy in the gym and seems like I can see more progress.

in this day and age people dont.
But I do. Creatine helps with your capability to lift heavier weight in short bursts, but when you get off it its almost like you feel lethargic.
I like to mix it up, lift like a champ on it, push through without it. then when back on it up the weight.
at the end of the day there is that much bullshit out there, it really comes down to what works for you.
