The Amazing Race: Fitness Thread / Work-Out Thread
Just getting back into the swing of things myself.
Had a wedding a few weeks ago, moved, got sick, started a new job and things are finally leveling out. Back on a decent diet and getting back to the gym.
i was off for nearly 4 months. was losing my shit not being able to go. got a physio appointment now, then off to do legs and shoulders. penguin waddle outta there.
Im Training next week With a Good buddy Who competes Across Canada and the States in Bodybuilding, Hes a Nutritionist and Personal trainer, He's been helping me for awhile but next week will be our First Training Session and he's going to be helping me max out my diet For Fatloss and still make Good Size Gains.
getting there slowly. The wound is healing and a fair bit of the pan has subsided. Ill never be able to squat or dead lift, but as long as my back isn't aggravated im fine. Starting off very slow.
