Whats your goal?
Right now here is where I'm at: (I don't lift with a spotter so it's hard to find what my max could really be on bench and squat)
-Bench: 205 for 3 reps (did this last Monday)
-Squat: 225 for 3 reps (did this last Saturday, ass to grass too, no 1/2 squats here)
-Deadlift: 315 for 3 reps (did that a while ago)
I have been doing romanian deadlifts to concentrate on working my hamstrings instead of regular deadlift so I'm sure my deadlift has gone up over the past 8 weeks or so.
I don't think that's too bad for only being 2 months back into it real hardcore.
Also, I'm more into aesthetic bodybuilding so just going to the gym to 'lift weights' isn't really my thing. I pick a weight that I can do to failure for whatever rep range I am doing. (For instance this week is 12-15 reps so yesterdays bench was 135x15, 145x12, 155x12, and 145x12 again. Had to really work on that last set.)
I love this shit. Someone at work asked me why I was even lifting and eating clean and all that shit. After thinking about it for a second, I've just come to the conclusion I like doing it. They didn't understand. lol
