                I've also been tweaking my diet a bit and just ordered some more supplements. Been sticking with just a whey shake pre-workout but i just picked up some Pump-HD.                 Maybe tomorrow when I have more time I'll list out my entire supp routine and diet. It's gonna take a while. lol

                After you finish the pump-hd, give 4D pump a try. Pump-hd is made by bpi, and bpi makes image sports, who makes 4D pump so it's practically pump-hd's cousin or some shit. The main differences between the two is that 4D has double the glycerol, and has agmatine. Both of these ingredients lead to much better pumps and vascularity. 4D doesn't have beta alanine in it though, so you won't get as much skin tingles. But I still think it's better.

                  It'll probably be a few months before I'm through all this stuff (bought 2 and got 1 free) but I'll keep that in mind. I've also read good things about C4 and the Muscle Pharm stuff (can't remember the name).

                  I've been debating weather or not I want to start using creatine. The Pump-HD has 2 g's in it but I don't think that's truly enough to see significant gains. I know your liver makes about 1-2 g per day (one of those organs does, I'm pretty sure it's the liver) and if you eat red meat it has creatine in it. I would probably just take 4-5 g's post-workout since my pre has 2 g's in it like I said. If you have any info on the subject I'm all ears.

                  Also, I think I might start some Amino's post-workout too. I've read they're great for recovery.

                    C4 and assault are both definitely solid products. Musclepharm just came out with a new version of assault that I definitely think is better than the old one but I still think c4 is better. But both of these are more stimulant based pre workouts compared to the pump/vascularity based pre's like pump hd and 4d pump. Another option is Volt made by Neon. Neon is a new line made by cellucor who makes C4. It's virtually C4 minus the creatine and with some agmatine so it's a personal favorite of mine. But I definitely suggest creatine for everyone. Regardless of goals. Except for girls typically but my girlfriend gets a little in her preworkout right now but not much longer. I just bought us a couple jugs of the neon haha. Fundamentally creatine hydrates your muscles which leads to more nutrients and therefore strength gain and size gain. It also leads to more energy because when you take in creatine your body converts it to creatine phosphate. The body's energy source is ATP (adenine tri-phosphate) when it breaks down one of the phosphates for energy it becomes ADP (di-phosphate) which can't be used for energy so creatine actually donates it's phosphate to make it ATP again leading to more energy. It's a win-win considering creatine is a fairly cheap super effective supplement.

                      Cool man. Thanks for the info. I'll probably pick up some creatine to try the next time i order supps. Starting to run low on Whey and Casein so it'll be pretty soon. When it gets time to buy pre-workout again I'll check out all those you just mentioned.

                          • Nice! Tonights my first night back at the gym since the 10th. I went out to the lake and Ended up getting a bad chest cold. Could barely breathe so I had to rest. Cannot wait to be back though
