    squat +45
    bench +35
    row +25
    overhead press +15
    deadlift +35

    Kinda thought that the squat and deadlift would progress faster. Its not a steady increase every week though. its like 5 10 5 10 10 5 5 10 or something like that. Very happy with my bench progress though. thats always been a weak lift for me. after I run this program for the remaining weeks I'm going to check out some others and compare them to this and see how it all looks

      nope, i do it all on my own. people at the gym are always willing to spot a heavy lift if you just ask. I do it all the time for people

        • ill contribute. i've been working out a while now to get to this point. the before i was ~130lbs. the after im ~165lbs (this was over the course of around 3 years of working out on and off, not really taking it seriously until recently). ive done typical eat everything bodybuilding diets, low carb, paleo, & keto diets and all of them suck. ive been doing intermittent fasting for over 3 months now and its easily the best thing ive ever done. all my lifts have been going up, ive slowly been gaining weight, and ive been pretty shredded throughout the process. im getting pretty damn close to the 1000lbs club (added weight of bench, deadlifts, and squat) which is pretty good for a guy around 160-165lbs. i try not to gain too much weight because i compete in bjj tournaments (youtube james lowery, i have a couple of matches on there. one in particular i tapped a guy with a leg lock in 8 seconds) and i regularly cut down to 149 to fit in the 140-149lbs bracket so i have a huge strength advantage over people. but enough about me and on to the before and after picture.


          this ones before picture was after i had quit working out for around 6 months or so and i lost all my weight, then i started working out again and i put all the weight back on and then some. these pictures were 1 year apart. but the after picture up top is the more recent picture of me currently. my sexy ass girlfriend in these pictures with me.

            • Nice man. my goal is 1300+ total. after 6 months Im still making steady progress towards that

              according to my bad math, Im at like 975 total right now

                If my estimation is correct, I'm actually at 1,050 lbs. but I need to get the squat in because I'm kind of guesstimating my max on that. I haven't maxed on squat in a couple months.

                • I've never maxed my deadlift, and it's been years since I've done ny squat. Definitely nowhere near that though lol.

                  • Oh, and what bjj gym do you train at? I rolled a few times at a charles gracie affiliate, and have been training at sim go's place for the last few months.

                          i train at 10th Planet Decatur. its pretty much all no gi, but a couple of the guys wear their gi's every now and then. im not against the gi, i just dont enjoy it as much as no gi.

                          • Weeeeeeeee hit my bulk target weight of 145. Cutting for the past week or so. Gonna probably end up 138-140 lean. Let's see what I can do before SoWo.
