Thanks guys. I've really been debating buying a set of BBS RF and building them with 18x4" slant lips and 6" barrels.

            The problem.......... Money...
            Still a shit sandwich.....

That it is. I can buy the faces, but other priorities come first.

UPDATE: I am going to go ahead and pull the trigger on the FWD conversion kit as soon as my center and rear diffs, axles, and driveshaft sell. Then, I'll be swapping out the 3" lip for the 3.5" and putting a 4.5" on the rear. Fitting this will be fun.

Highly interested in how this goes. I've got a 96 OBS, not sure if it would apply to my wagon the same way, but going FWD is brilliant. Kudos to you sir!

I understand the point of going with FWD to reduce hassles all over the place with how it currently sits. I'm just curious what the point of the fully built motor will be once converted. Especially with small front tires, you will probably spin through 4th gear. All that power will only really come into play on high speed runs.

Builds motor. Does FWD conversion so car can undoubtedly look worse and completely negate the performance benefits of building motor.

                        Yeah that makes perfect sense.

The reason I have a built motor is because if I choose to sell the car, the next owner can do what he/she chooses with it, whether it's raise the car and make it more functional. I don't need a built motor at all. It's just reassuring really.

I don't care if anyone misunderstands the logic behind it. It doesn't matter to me. Not do I care if you don't like the car.
