As far as the intake rad set-up I would probly go with a smaller dual pass rad that could be mounted vertically and still leave enough room for the intake to come over the top.

I was like YAAAAY updates on this sick car, and i come to see this? makes me sad.
Looks like it could be a bad oil pump, but you mentioned it only had 2000miles on it. How you can find the reason for this, so you can get it back up running.-Instagram@jdjurhuus

I'm going to look at a few longblocks today -an LS1 and a L33 -both under $500 -I'll drop that in for now and build the LS2
I'm thinking the failure is my fault -I blasted the pan and as it turns out I guess that is a no no.... material prob got stuck in the walls of the pan and came out when it got hot... FML expensive lesson.
