    I've came to my senses.

It's staying. Comes off the road September 4th to be stripped. I'm redoing the entire car.

Big plans for it, more clean OEM goodness....

    Untitled

I'm still in love with it, and after much umm'ing and ahh'ing, and a fair bit of "you must be mental", "are you mad" and general abuse, it's staying.

Smoothed front is staying, but will be going back too grey for the poverty look.

Jap style elements will be getting in the mix this time, nothing stupid just little details

Untitled by Lewis Deakin, on Flickr

Ghetto is also staying, but a wheel change is on the horizon....

    More details soon!

    In other news!

Great show, shame i couldn't enjoy too much of it due to certain things ruining it... but other than that is was a good weekend!

Likewise dude, has been an awesome little car and will be very sad to move on. Hopefully the GTI will come on in leaps and bounds!

Ok, so seeing as Photobucket are dicks and have decided to take away my 3rd party hosting unless i pay them i'm going to quickly remind everyone what i've done with little JDO, and to those who haven't seen it what it's all about.

Bought my first (and current) car on June 4th 2014. a little 1.0 8v 50bhp Lupo SE

Added "lows" and some Lenso BBS RM Reps

    Then added AP coilovers

    image_zpsjlcujk2b by Lewis Deakin

Binned off the reps, took the rear adjusters out, added a roof rack

Followed by a smoothed front bumper. By this point i'd also retrimmed all the interior bar the seats myself!

Then added Speedline marracana turbines too the mix

Which is how it sits now. And i'm very sad to say, i'm now selling. I'm running it up until Edition 38, after that, i'll be breaking the little shed. Has been a very hard decision to make, but with the GTI of mine now becoming my main focus, i want to put time and money into that, as well as that, i'm also struggling to run 2 cars. One needs to go.

It's done me very well in this time though, 38,000 miles in it and still counting! Engine needs a top end rebuild as i've also dropped a valve on cylinder 2... But i'll have it all back in shaoe very soon.

It's going, but i'm not done with it yet....

So this weekend was Players Classic, drove down to Portsmouth on the friday night to stay over, so me Aaron and Kez went out to get some photo's... After getting into an abandoned building, then legging it from police after realising we were being watched we decided it owuld be best to go and get some photo's where we are actually allowed too lol...

    HMS Victory.

Up and out the next morning by 6:30, got to Goodwood for about 7:30, plonked the cars down and went to enjoy the show. Got myself a tidy spot in the end!

By 4, the show was over, so seeing as it was still early and we didn't feel like sitting in traffic for 4 hours, we went down to the beach for 3 hours instead. What a way to end an awesome show.
