Here goes, had a golf Anni that took over and never got driven so I bought the e36 as a daily then realised how good is was and cracked on with building this instead... So it's a 328i sport, 80k, 2 owner, early 96 so no facelift ect which I don't like. It was clear when I picked it up that the previous owner was proper lazy and just neglected the car completely apart from servicing.

How I got the Beemer

First mission was to tackle the boot floor as it had hole in and was full of water aswell

Was cut out, plated, dealer bagg'd and re painted. New boot seal and lights seal fitted My good mate Trewy doin all my bodywork as always , wouldn't trust it with any1 else

Next was getting some early m3 wheels on, sorting out the seized front calipers

All the door seals and rear quarter seals were next

All ambers were fitted all round. Just prefer the look of ambers.
I went on to remove centre armrest, get the gaitors retrimmed in black velour, brand new black velour floor matt's, renown steering wheels, have all door cards retrimmed and rear shelf trimmed getting rid of those god awful rear headrest's.

Rear end under bumper got repainted when bumpers were off and all front end parts got powdercoated under the bumper

In for paint next. Paint was bit tatty, rear arches were awful, front wing shot.
So new rear wings welded in, then flared 8mm, swage lines build back in, while drivers side painted with new OEM front wing, passenger side same and boot strip under lights painted

Car is sponcered by Swissvax so all there products used through out

Next was new wipers, original wiper arms powdercoated and new OEM scuttle panel

Arches next and this has been a mission, brake guards destroyed, inside archs looked horrendous

New liners, bolts, inserts, clips, polybushed, new coils, m3 e46 brakes...which needed machining, Powdercoating, new seals, clips powdercoated, new hell braided lines and yellow stuff ebc pads , hub but caps and every bolt needed to rebuild

Genuine 17" rs's on next with new lips, canter hex's and caps

Few pics of as now

S54 will be Goin in soon and I've got a tonne of parts waiting to go on, will update soon with progress. Thanks for looking guys, let me know what you think
