Went to Bmw to collect more parts, it's only about my 80th trip there.. picked up new drivers and passengers outter door rubbers and the door handle surrounds with new seals...old 1's weren't the best

            New ones in

With Fitteduk show coming I gave car a detail, using kochchemi and Swissvax products

I'll be fitting Evo axle for s54 but I wanted to tidy my current sport axle/brake set up..

Brakes, clips and discs off to powdercoaters

All back togetha and looking fresh

Front end cleaned up underneath ready for show on Sunday

            Plenty more on my Instagram

Little updates, Fitteduk show went really well, car looked spot on and happy with the comments....
                      Few pics from fitted

                      Quick roller on way home

Fairly big change....bought myself a set of 5 immaculate Bbs rc302's, so fitted my Avon zz5's on and bbs rs's are forsake and my style 32's.

Gave breaks clean and sealed the wheels, fitted my new g23 centrelock style centres

Had to add but more camber up front to get right, Really pleased with rim/tyre/brake setup though.

Next was to change the knackered gutter seal, bought new from BMW and was most expensive strip out of the lot
Took old 1 off, cleaned, polished and protected with Swissvax onyx then fitted new 1

Happy with how that turned out, more s54 parts to come

Few updates, mostly underneath to be honest. I have changed the remaining plastic bump strips, the boot and towing eye had slight marks on.

On to the brakes, banged in some brass sliders on the callipers to eliminate any play, ebc yellow stuff rears to match the fronts. All obtained from hack engineering.

Next was unplanned but basiclly I started hoovering boot carpet, then started to take take stuff out, before I knew it I had striped it completely, taken out about 50kg of shit including a 19kg spare wheel 😂, had it repainted and then re done the old shitty loom. Still not finished yet but not far off. I do like the striped/clean but oem look. Goes well I think with bbs 302's and will tie in nicely with the kirkeys.

Bit of fucking about aswell just to show it gets used 😂

Underneath is getting the treatment now and it's proper long process it seems, I'm trying to make everything strong and perfect ready for the S54 to make an appearence and wrk as it should.

Catuned driveshafts, catuned rear arms, ploybush everything, every new bolt, new brake guards, bearings, shoes, had the anti roll bar powdercoated and fitted new droplinks and powerflex bush's...list is endless

Few pics from mr pic shoot we did few weeks back

                            Thanks for looking

Really enjoying the progress, car is keeping true to that 90s e36 goodness... great build and more importantly can't wait for the s54 !
