Awesome stuff dude, thanks for passing it along! Yeah it was kind of painful to do all of this to such a rare car......because once the fenders are rolled and the frame is all beat up from being so low there's no going back. But its whatever.......i'm pretty sure my goal on being the lowest lava orange MSM is well accomplished, now I just need to mount my damn 20mm spacers and be the flushest lava orange MSM out there too! I can't wait for it to be sitting flush......it will look soooo much better!

Beautiful, itll look damn good flush. Sent this along to my buddy who just picked up a lava

Hopefully ordering those or 522's in the next month or so. That gives me a reference to what 521's look like on an NB. noice work

Thanks man! I don't know about all that......there's much nicer Miatas IMO over on ClubRoadster.net. Mines slowly but surely coming along. It'll be sitting flush here verrrrry shortly and then an exhaust and a roll bar is soon to follow so stay tuned!Originally posted by tm-midnyt View PostHands down da hottest mx5 ive ever seen.

Thanks.
Here's how low the undercarriage currently sits. About an inch or less at it's lowest point. Sure it looks cool, but it's taken alot of the "fun" out of the car, so when I mount the 20mm spacers i'm bringing it up a half inch or so. It'll still be slammed, but it will be alot more flush and i'll have enough ground clearance to do aggressive driving once again.

I'm also ordering a Proper+ shift knob and an Enthuza XR lightweight exhaust this Friday

Ok, so here's a few snaps of how it sits currently. I wasn't able to install the extended studs and spacers because it turns out that the knurl diamaters on the wheels studs are different on the front and back, and thus I need to order some new front studs through ARP (the rear studs provided with my Ichiba spacers are the correct size so I just have to re-order the fronts). So once I get the new studs i'm going to throw the spacers on and bring it up .25"-.5" or so. Right now it bottoms out on even the slightest bump/divet on the highway, so i'd much rather roll flush than how it is now tucking with the frame an inch from the ground.
