Ordered a new adapter for my Oil Temp gauge because the old one seemed tired when I washed the underside of the car.

thank you mate. yes it was a pita, especially in the time frame it happened, but everything got sorted perfectly and with everything new. Only bad thing was the cost. Other than that straight forward.

Love this project, A1´s are such cool little cars. Your´s looking really good.
Have you done anything special to get your Bilsteins so low in the rear? I have removed the threaded sleeve on my B14´s on my Polo but it´s still 20mm to high...

Yes i have also done this much, removed the rear cups for adjusting height, and that's about it really. Other than that, as i bought it, on a stock car.
I just had to roll fenders.

So time for an exterior detailing experience

First up was the exhaust back box which was looking tired from everyday use.
Did a quick pass with APC and then some metal polish to enhance the welding spots.
